The goal is to improve the representation of women in law enforcement. We aim to address recruitment, hiring, retention, and promotion. We aim to reach 30 percent of women in our recruit classes by 2030. While the 30×30 Initiative is focused on advancing women in policing, these principles apply to all diverse demographics, not just gender.
