Passions: His wife, children and grandchildren. He also loves all sports and believes in law enforcement and our military.
Awards: 2 time first team All-Conference, All-State, Team Captain – offensive center at Santa Rosa Junior College Football. 2 time first team All-Conference, Team Captain and MVP – offensive center for the UC Davis Football Team. Member of Santa Rosa Junior College Hall of Fame – 1978 football team, SSU Athletics Hall of Fame – 1981 football team.
Biographical Summary: Frank grew up in Santa Rosa California. He attended Montgomery High School in Santa Rosa, CA and after graduation, attended Santa Rosa Junior College, where he participated in football and wrestling. After receiving his AS, he attended and graduated from UC Davis where he played football, began his coaching career and graduated with a BS in Psychology. Frank married his high school sweetheart after college and in 1983 was hired to coach football at Sonoma State University.
Frank and his wife Trish live in Santa Rosa, CA and have been married for 39 years. Frank has three children and 5 grandchildren.
